House Rules & General Terms

1. House Rules

Check-in is from 14:30 and check-out is before 12:00. Early or late check-in/out is subject to room availability and may incur an additional charge.

• Guests must present a valid ID (national ID/passport) at check-in, as required by local guest-registration regulations.
• The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all guests in the party.
• Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or posted no-smoking areas; violations incur a cleaning/deodorizing fee per the rate posted at reception.
• Pets are only allowed in designated areas and must be declared at the time of booking.
• Guests are liable for the actual cost of any damage to or loss of resort property caused by their fault.
• Pool, spa, and other facilities may only be used during their posted operating hours.

2. Our Responsibilities

We commit to providing rooms and services as described, pictured, and priced at the time of booking confirmation; to protecting your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy; and to handling complaints promptly and in good faith.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate booking information, comply with these house rules, and safeguard their own belongings during their stay. Sonata Resort & Spa is not liable for personal items not stored at reception or in the in-room safe.

4. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Complaints regarding service quality, bookings, payments, or personal data should be sent to the email below or raised directly with reception or the duty manager. We acknowledge and respond within 48 business hours of receipt.

If the parties cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved under Vietnam's 2023 Law on Protection of Consumer Rights and applicable Vietnamese law, through negotiation, mediation, or the competent court where Sonata Resort & Spa is headquartered.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal or business changes. The latest update date is always shown at the top of this page; the version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that reservation.
