Booking & Service Usage Process

1. What This Website Is For

This website exists to provide information, photos, and reference pricing for our rooms, facilities, and services so you can research before deciding. It does not currently process payments or online bookings.

2. Accepted Booking Channels

We only accept bookings through the following two channels:

• Partner booking platforms (OTAs): Booking.com, TravelLooka. Booking, confirmation, and payment all happen on that platform, following its own process and policies.
• Direct contact through Sonata Resort & Spa's official social channels (Zalo, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) or by hotline/email — our team will check availability, quote a price, and guide you through confirmation.

3. Booking Steps via Direct Contact

When booking via social media, hotline, or email, the process is:

• Step 1: Message or call us through one of the official channels above.
• Step 2: Share the room type/service you want, check-in and check-out dates, and number of guests.
• Step 3: Receive a price quote, room availability, and the applicable cancellation/change policy.
• Step 4: Confirm the booking and pay the deposit per the published Payment Methods.
• Step 5: Receive a message/email confirmation — this is when the booking contract is formed between both parties.

4. Booking via an OTA Platform

If you book through Booking.com, TravelLooka, or another partner platform, confirmation and payment follow that platform's own process. Sonata Resort & Spa receives the booking details from the platform and prepares to welcome you accordingly.

5. Check-in

Check-in starts at 14:00. Guests must present valid ID matching the name on the reservation and settle any remaining balance at check-in.

6. Using Services During Your Stay

Additional services (spa, dining, tours, events) can be booked directly with reception/concierge during your stay and will be added to your room bill for settlement at check-out, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Check-out

Check-out is before 12:00. Reception will confirm any additional charges with you and issue an invoice on request before you leave.
