The Sonata Resort & Spa website does not process online payments. Payment is made directly on the OTA platform where you booked, or by bank transfer when booking through direct contact. The bank account and QR code below are provided only so you can verify you are paying the correct, official account — this is not a payment gateway on the website. All reference prices on the website are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
When you book through Booking.com, TravelLooka, or another partner platform, payment is made entirely on that platform, following its own payment method and security policy. Sonata Resort & Spa does not collect or store your card/payment information in this case.
When booking through our official social channels, hotline, or email, a deposit (typically 30–50% of the booking value, depending on room type and season) is paid by bank transfer to the official account below to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is paid in cash or by card (Visa/Mastercard/domestic card) directly at reception at check-in, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Vietcombank — Account No. 0621000423580 — Account holder Công Ty TNHH Du Lịch Phương Đông. The payment QR code shown in the website footer uses this same account, so you can cross-check it before transferring.
Sonata Resort & Spa only uses the bank account listed above. We never request payment to a personal account or a different account by phone or social media. If you receive a request to pay a different account, please call reception to verify before transferring, or contact salesgroup@sonataresort.com.
VAT invoices are issued on request. Please provide complete invoicing details (company/individual name, tax code, address) before or at the time of payment; invoices cannot be issued or amended once the relevant tax period has closed under tax regulations.
